Auberge du Château Bahia

Entirely built by Jean, the owner, and his father, over a period of 18 years, Château Bahia is located 500 metres off route 132 at Pointe-à-la-Garde, on the south side of the Gaspé Peninsula. It is surrounded by a most luxurious forest and from the towers one has a spectacular view of the Baie-des-Chaleurs. The castle is comprised of 26 rooms including a large banquet hall, 4 towers and 7 turrets. The château offers 12 rooms for rent, most of which have recently been renovated. In summer, the restaurant serves a bistro menu and brunch on weekends (in winter only). Musical performances and various activities are organized throughout the year. Admission fees to visit the site.
