Érablière au Sous-Bois is known for its delicious homestyle food and its buffet featuring 12 desserts. The maple sap is still collected the old-fashioned way using buckets. They also make maple syrup, taffy and butter on-site in La Sucrerie. In addition to the regular activities, there's also music, dancing and themed evenings during the sugaring-off season.
