Try new recipes that showcase homegrown products and enjoy the incredible opportunity of getting tips and learning from Quebec’s most renowned chefs and sommeliers. The Académie gourmande Provigo Le Marché is where presentations from star chefs from Montréal and the Eastern Townships will be held. Wine connoisseurs can take part in the Dégustations Vegas hosted by a team of sommelières, including spokesperson Jessica Harnois. These fun activities are free for bracelet-holders and take place six times a day. You might even win a prize!
Leave room for music, too
The Fête des vendanges is also where you’ll find free music shows by local artists to sprinkle onto your culinary discoveries. A variety of genres, from jazz to country, not to mention pop and folk, create a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere on site.
