This partnership was formed to showcase these two flagship events that have a strong sense of identity and connection to their location and to inspire a feeling of tribalism and fraternity in festival-goers. This selection of twelve interactive virtual artworks will cast a new look on the creation of art. These will include festive and artistic experiences offered free to the public and will take the form of “Experimental Bars”. Striving to encourage artistic creation and innovation, the festival will be awarding a new prize this year for the Best Interactive Work, one of seven awards that will be handed out at the closing ceremony of this 37th edition. Visitors will be invited to dive into an entertaining marine setting lined with taxidermied specimens, stunning photos, games for the whole family, an immersive zone, informative videos, fun questions and colloquial expressions. The exhibition also looks at the latest scientific discoveries on the topic of fish, which have features that would impress even land-based creatures! The image you had of these aquatic denizens will be turned totally upside down!
