new exhibition at the Musée POP in Trois-Rivières!
Starting June 21, the Musée POP in Trois-Rivières will feature a brand new fun and interactive
permanent exhibition on pop culture in Quebec: Hang
on tight! Each zone will have a common Quebec saying
as its title and present a different theme. A youth area called
"The Kid’s Trip" will be part of each of the stations to allow
children to appreciate the exhibition on a level tailored to them.
Locals will feel a sense of renewed pride, whereas
tourists will learn more about Quebec culture.

10 candles for
the Festif de Baie-Saint-Paul
The Festif de Baie-Saint-Paul has been
around for a decade, celebrating not only music, but also street
arts. This year’s event will host more than 75 shows at the heart
of the downtown area. And that’s not counting the opportunity to
catch one of the surprise-shows that will be announced just 30
minutes in advance on the event’s mobile app. Taking place July 18
to 21, 2019, the festival will welcome household names including
Anonymus, Dead Obies, Lydia Képinski, Safia Nolin, Tire le coyote
and Trois accords. As a bonus, festival-goers can enjoy several
relaxing activities and taste delicious dishes at the pop-up food
stands! Hop into Charlevoix’s most colourful summer festival!

Five winners of international youth
competitions hailing from Canada, China, Japan, Hong Kong and
Singapore, ages 10 to 14, will be going head to head for two
concerts hosted by Mario Paquet on May 27 and 28, 2019. These Mini
Violini will amaze spectators with their prodigious
technical ability and musicality while showing their perseverance
and listening to advice from the CMIM 2019 jury members Only one
prize will be awarded at the end: the $10,000 Audience Award.
