On July 7 and 8, 2018, you’re
invited to engage all of your senses at the open-house
event! Head to the Eastern Townships and follow the
Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route
, celebrating its 15th anniversary
this year. This magnificent road, ideal for either a bike or car
ride, stretches out for 140 km (87 mi.) and is lined with 22
vineyards that produce a combined 100 vintages. The road is also
known for great places to stop for a bite, magnificent views and
many villages considered among the most beautiful in Quebec.

Treat yourself to a rich experience
surrounded by wonderful scenery and passionate, generous people.
On July 7 and 8 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., many
vineyards on the Brome-Missisquoi Wine Route will be
offering free tastings and guided tours. All weekend long,
participating vineyards will invite you to taste between two and
four wines each. Pair these nectars with nibbles made from local
products, including cheeses, terrines, maple and anything else
that appeals to the finest palates!

The two-day open-house event will be
marked by fascinating conversations with wine-growers, who will
gladly let visitors tour their wine-making installations. You’ll
get to learn more about local wine-making and about these
vineyards, which are a source of regional pride. This is also an
opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of how these
delectable elixirs are produced, learn the story behind the
vineyards and witness the passion of these artisans.
