Whether you are a fan of classical music

edition of the Stradivaria
Festival, which takes place throughout the month of July in
venues in the Laurentians and Lanaudière, will surely charm you.
This very accessible festival brings together many musical styles
such as pop, baroque, jazz, opera and of course classical. In short,
there will be everything from Beethoven to Isabelle Boulay!
The festival’s artistic director, conductor
and violinist Alexandre Da Costa, promises you an experience rich
with emotion! Here are three shows you won’t want to miss.
STRADIVARIUS, JE ME SOUVIENS is a gala
concert that pays tribute to the great French and Québécois
songwriters and singers, including Luc Plamondon, Claude Dubois,
Robert Charlebois, Charles Aznavour, Céline Dion, Ginette Reno and
many others. Their classic songs are "symphonized" by Alexandre Da
Costa and the musicians of the Orchestre Symphonique de Longueuil.
Singer-songwriter Claude Gauthier will
join the musicians to offer you a new version of his hit song Le
plus beau voyage. In addition, your evening will be not only
musical, but funny as well. Oncle Georges, the alter ego of comedian
Daniel Lemire, will be the master of ceremonies. All of the
ingredients are in place for you to have a memorable evening.

the Stradivarius à Vienne show, completely free of charge, at the
Saint-Jovite church in downtown Mont-Tremblant on July 21 at 7:30
p.m. Here’s your chance to hear the immortal works of Johann
Strauss, such as The Blue Danube and Emperor
Waltz, as well as the Tritsch-Tratsch Polka.
A guest of honour, virtuoso pianist
Jean-Philippe Sylvestre, will join the musicians of the orchestra
to offer you Mozart's concerto No 12. This spectacular musical
moment is an opportunity to top off a fabulous day in the
Laurentians in style.
During this GALA concert, the powerful
and comforting voice of country singer Isabelle Boulay will gently
envelop you for an intimate concert. She will be accompanied by
pianist Benoit Sarrasin at the Saint-Jovite church in
Mont-Tremblant as well. Showing great sensitivity, this concert
will be presented on July 27 at 7:30 p.m.
