The 65th edition of this
quintessential winter event will be pulling out all the stops!
The Quebec Winter Carnival in association with Loto-Québec
offer an incomparable experience to the thousands of visitors
attending from all over the globe. Follow the mascot, Bonhomme
Carnaval, into his universe of snow and ice all around the city
of Québec and see this year’s Parade, which will focus on
innovation and entertainment. Layer up and dress for the cold

Taking place on February 9 and 16, the
Parade will draw its inspiration from a wide variety of art forms,
including circus and media arts. Watch Grande Allée Street come
alive with spectacular features, such as acrobatic performances,
an ice sculpture created live with a chain saw and pyrotechnic
demonstrations. Visitors can also expect dancing, music and
wonderfully decorated floats at this parade where tradition,
modernity, art and technology are intertwined and where the
creativity of the artistic community is placed front and center.

This winter celebration is sure to

Carnival’s most iconic activities will be back, such as the Ice
Canoe Race, Jos’ Camp presented by Vidéotron aimed at young adults
and Bonhomme Carnaval’s new Ice Palace, the Loto-Québec Royal
Court, which never fails to wow children as well as grown-ups.
