This absolute can’t-miss gourmet event is back for a 16th year at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. Located in the magnificent region of Charlevoix, this prestigious resort invites you to the Gala des Grands Chefs held on November 18 and 19, 2016. There are numerous package deals to choose from for an unparalleled culinary experience. Famous for the quality of its kitchens and the splendid scenery around the hotel, the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is a treat for both your eyes and your palate, and the Gala is the perfect opportunity to see – and taste – for yourself!

Much more than a gala

Spread out over two days, the Gala is the traditional rendezvous for foodies looking to discover and appreciate homegrown Charlevoix products in good company. On Friday night, meet the region’s producers at the cocktail dinner: a prelude to the main event the following day. On Saturday a menu of activities with be served: culinary workshops and tastings, a cocktail before the Gala and a gourmet dinner with music.

The Epicurean package includes the activities on Saturday, one-night accommodations and Sunday brunch. For the full experience, choose the Weekend package, which comes with the activities on both Friday and Saturday, two nights and the Sunday brunch.

Meet the celebrity chefs and distinguished guests

The very personable Jessica Harnois, acclaimed sommelière, will host the festivities again this year as Patrick Turcot, chef de cuisine at the Manoir, will welcome renowned chefs from high-end establishments: Giovanni Apollo (PastApollo), Matthieu Saunier (Hôtel InterContinental Montréal), Martin Juneau (Pastaga), Jean-Marc Guillot (Essence Maître Glacier) et Arnaud Marchand (Chez Boulay – Bistro Boréal). An explosion of flavours!
