Spread out over two days, the Gala is the traditional rendezvous for foodies looking to discover and appreciate homegrown Charlevoix products in good company. On Friday night, meet the region’s producers at the cocktail dinner: a prelude to the main event the following day. On Saturday a menu of activities with be served: culinary workshops and tastings, a cocktail before the Gala and a gourmet dinner with music.

The very personable Jessica Harnois, acclaimed sommelière, will host the festivities again this year as Patrick Turcot, chef de cuisine at the Manoir, will welcome renowned chefs from high-end establishments: Giovanni Apollo (PastApollo), Matthieu Saunier (Hôtel InterContinental Montréal), Martin Juneau (Pastaga), Jean-Marc Guillot (Essence Maître Glacier) et Arnaud Marchand (Chez Boulay – Bistro Boréal).
