Since June 5, the J. Armand Bombardier Museum of Ingenuity has opened a
new exhibition all about the Fab Lab community. What are Fab
Labs? They are at the center of a worldwide movement of people who
use their curiosity and passion to create workshops where
participants can imagine new objects that can be distributed all
over the planet. One example of a creation that came out of Fab
Labs is an easy-to-assemble wooden bicycle built using low-cost
recycled materials. Are you ready to travel?

Since May 1, AML Cruises has been
partnering with Vacances
Dragon to offer three new all-inclusive “bus-and-cruise”
formulas to visitors and tourists in Montréal and Québec City.
These one-day guided cruises departing either from Montréal or
Québec City let passengers learn more about the other city. And if
you want to see the whales, a new bus-and-whales package is
offered along with a two-way trip from Montréal!
Discover a can’t-miss outdoor
destination in Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean. Salmon fishing, black bear
watching, hiking, camping and ice fishing are offered, and Contact Nature has chosen to protect these activities by stopping
the use and sale of polystyrene (styrofoam) in all of its
establishments. Visitors will instead be given reusable or
compostable dishes. This is a second phase that follows the
discontinuation of sales of single-use water bottles!
