Happiness on Two Wheels in Outaouais
A cycling destination like no other, the Outaouais region is a place for adventure and a change of scenery! Let your hair flow in the wind as you follow the Ottawa River, ride through Gatineau Park or zigzag through urban areas. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, there’s a path out there guaranteed to make you smile!

In Outaouais, cycling is celebrated!

In the city of Gatineau, May is Cycling Month! It’s an opportunity to make the most of the region’s 600 km (372 mi.) of recreational paths that connect parks, gardens and historic sites. Outaouais is one of the first regions in the province to offer cultural cycling tours, which are excellent activities for families, friends and couples to enjoy! Discover the treasures of the area with the help of the 5 bike circuits designed by Tourisme Outaouais in partnership with Vélo Québec. Choose a circuit that’s mostly flat or full of twists and turns – either way your ride will certainly never be boring!
