Fans will also be happy to learn that the street theatre festival is back after a 15-year absence. From August 18 to 21, Les Escales Fantastiques will transform the public space into a stage thanks to 125 local artists/creators. And speaking of theatre, Objectif Terre is a play running from July 7 to August 13 and starring Rémi-Pierre Paquin, returning to his hometown to play the role of Canadian Space Agency astronaut David Saint-Jacques. Don’t forget about the Festival western de St-Tite, which will be back to present rodeos and music shows for a 54th edition, from September 9 to 18.
