The Falardeau Gymkhana Festival welcome more than 12 000 visitors during its country activities weekend. About a hundred riders coming from all over the Saguenay-Lac -Saint-Jean region, also from the Côte-Nord and from other different areas participate in order to defend their championship and then to be able to reach to the provincial final. The rivals have to use their greatest dexterity through about fifteen events which are all of them more spectacular than the others , including the well-known barrels race. There is no admission charge to get to the site of the competition which is located at the entrance of the town. Don't miss the show at evening. Full gallop to Falardeau!"
