The Charloise is primarily a producer of berries that has started processing fruit wine and products through the years. With grapes from the vineyard 4 wines are produced : Le Blanc de Lemay (white wine), le Rouge de Beaudet (red wine), le rosé des Charlot (rosé wine) and la Pointe à Platon (blackcurrant wine). Everything takes place in a delightful setting overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Lotbinière is one of most beautiful villages in Quebec. Among the selection of fruits, their is a blueberry field with more than 3000 plants which can be visited for self-picking. These fruits are also produced: blackcurrants, gooseberries, currants, blackberries and ground cherries. All these fruits are also offered in jams, jellies, confectionery, sauces, syrup and other derivatives.
