A network of 5,300 kilometres, the Route Verte is the largest bike path in North America! In constant development thanks to the efforts and involvement of its many partners, this queen of bike paths zigzags across Quebec's territory, running along an impressive variety of landscapes and settings. The Route verte links the regions from west to east, from Témiscamingue and the Outaouais (Gatineau) to Gaspésie, and from north to south from Abitibi, the Laurentians and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean to Centre-du-Québec and the Eastern Townships. It also connects the province of Quebec to its neighbours: Ontario, New Brunswick and the United States.
