The vineyard makes its mark in the wine domain thanks to its patented technology, which aims to heat the vines during the winter season, thanks to geothermal energy. An unusual and ingenious way to grow Vinifera grape varieties in cold climates: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Gewürztraminer and Cabernet-Sauvignon.
