The Lake-St-Francois National Wildlife Area receive you in a unique place that reminds the small rivers of the Boucherville National Park, the islands archipelago of Sorel and the Florida Everglades! Situated at 1h30of Montreal, their non-profit goal organisation offers 10 km of hiking trails on a plane surface, guided rides in 2-places canoe, in Rabaska canoes (10-12 places) and in high quality sea kayaks (1-2 places). Furthermore, they offer a unique trip with a native savour that will immerse you in the time where trappers ans iroquoian people mixed for the first time. Amerindian food, medicinal plants, old means of transportation, respect culture towards natural elements, dancing night with the stars, nights in Prospector tents and many other aspects are to discover.
