In addition, during the run of the exhibition, Bistro Le SAM will include on its menu the Grand Fizz royal – a cocktail inspired by the Princess’s favourite. A perfume created by Lubin Paris in honour of the Princess’s legendary charm will also be available exclusively in Canada at the Château’s Fairmont Store. Guests looking for an experience that’s even more special can choose to have a classic afternoon tea or to book the luxurious and spacious Fairmont Gold Suite.

From past to present

On the occasion of its 125th anniversary, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac has renovated its eight biggest suites and given each a theme reminiscent of the people who have made an impression on the history of the Château. Suites are named after Churchill, Roosevelt, Van Horne, both prime ministers Trudeau, Céline Dion, Queen Elizabeth II, Alfred Hitchcock and Charles de Gaulle as a tribute to their visits, which continue to have an influence on the hotel’s prestige.
