Chefs Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand promise menus stuffed with Nordic-inspired culinary discoveries as flavourful as they are original, always comforting and always tastily priced! The young Chef Marchand, guided by his mentor, reaped many rewards in 2015. He was named the best young restaurateur by the Association des restaurateurs du Québec at last year’s Chapeau Restaurateurs! gala as well as Chef of the Year by the Société des chefs, cuisiniers et pâtissiers du Québec. Marchand also launched a trio of award-nominated boreal spices called MQ par AM and his famous sauces for tartare dishes.
