Spring is shyly peeking through, and the need to take a vacation is sure to follow. Québec Exquis is a foodie’s festival taking place in Québec City April 18 to 30. And Chez Boulay-bistro boréal, the very popular restaurant at Hotel Manoir Victoria, will be participating along with other restaurants and local producers who will be offering affordable table d’hôte menus for lunch and dinner. A great excuse for an escape to Old Québec City!

100% renovated

Boasting a magnificent location at the heart of the province’s capital, Hotel Manoir Victoria has historical charm and a decor that combines modernity and elegance. Freshly restored in 2016, this hotel has 156 rooms and suites featuring a classic contemporary style. The beauty of the rooms is matched only by the comfort of its upscale bedding and furniture. Its location ensures you are steps away from all the attractions, the commercial streets, the museums and more.

Surprising flavours

Looking for an extraordinary gourmet experience? At Québec Exquis, chefs Jean-Luc Boulay and Arnaud Marchand will prepare table d’hôte menus spotlighting the ingredients of the producers they have been matched with. A table d’hôte for the price of $20 per person for lunch and $50 per person for supper (tips and tax extra) will be available. Don’t forget to visit the new Comptoir boréal restaurant at Hotel Manoir Victoria. It serves sandwiches and pastries featuring Nordic flavours as well as take-out meals and a small shop where Boreal spices and oils can be purchased so that you can use these flavours in your own cooking.
