Musée des Abénakis invites you to come enjoy a unique and enriching experience. Open since 1962, the
Musée des Abénakis is Quebec’s oldest Amerindian museum. Several exhibits, a multimedia show and a historic site are sure to charm. The museum offers many activities for groups (please reserve in advance): entertainment, guided tours, traditional meals. At this historic site, you will find a belvedere, a chapel, two churches (Catholic and Anglican) and can relax in the picnic area. Discover the spiritual and cultural universe of the Abanaki people with the permanent exhibition, Wobanaki, People of the Rising Sun.
