Amphi Tours

On August 22, 1985, Amphi Tours launched a guided tour of Montréal aboard an unusual vehicle, the Amphi-Bus. Breaking ground with a new concept combining bus and boat, Amphi Tours has provided thousands of Montrealers and tourists with the opportunity to discover Montréal in a unique, safe way! Loading takes place at the entrance of the Old Port in Montréal, at the corner of Saint-Laurent Boulevard and Commune Street, in front of the Montréal Science Centre. The adventure begins by taking you through the streets of Old Montréal and then onto the waters of the majestic St. Lawrence River where you can take in a view of downtown and Mount Royal. Amphi Tours also features an evening of fireworks. Beginning at 9 p.m., the Amphi-Bus follows its regular route and then hits the water, to provide you with the best seats for the fireworks show. Enjoy it all with music, a glass of sparkling wine or juice!
