Clos Saragnat produces an unusual wine, straw wine, as well as certified organic ciders. This Frelighsburg business is owned by two enthusiastic farmers, Louise and Christian. We owe Christian Barthomeuf the invention of ice cider in 1989, which is a great agri-food success in Quebec! Enriching conversations are guaranteed with owners.
