The only event of its kind in North America, the Arab World Festival of Montréal (Festival du Monde Arabe de Montréal) is a multidisciplinary event designed to create dialogue and foster encounters between cultures. For more than 10 years, Montrealers have been able to discover shows, creations, conferences, debates and cinema, exploring the potential of intercultural exchanges. Artists from here and elsewhere, as well as world leaders, participate in the Arab World Festival every year, with its three segments based on theatre arts, culture and cinema.
