Fromagerie Lemaire offers varieties of cheeses on site that you can taste in catering on site or take out at the counter. You can not only watch a video (5 minutes) on how cheddar cheese is made, but also witness its making. In the afternoon, they serve hot cheese curds, straight out of the basin.
