Covering more than 300 km2, the
Parc régional de la rivière Mitis is the first regional park on the Mitis territory. It is stretches around the Mitis River, a body of water that connects the backcountry to the coastline, from the Notre-Dame hills to the St. Lawrence River. The efforts of the partners involved allow the Park to offer a wide range of attractions and activities: concept gardens, hiking trails, wildlife-watching, hunting, fishing, camping, resort activities and more.
