But did you know that these mountains are also the place to be in summer? Water parks, amusement parks, aerial adventure parks, camping, miniature golf and much more await you! Here are three ideas for things to do at the mountains in the summer sun. Go for a surfing session Discover the pleasure of hitting the waves in the heart of the mountains by taking part in a surfing session! Beginners can take part in an introductory session, which includes assistance from an experienced instructor and a surfboard rental. Already have some experience? Then the open session is for you: it will give you access to the wave pool to surf on your own. No matter what your level is, this is your chance to take on the waves, perfect your technique and feel an adrenaline rush! Sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings in the wave pool at the Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park. Watch a movie outside See classic movies again or for the first time by going to an outdoor movie night (the movies shown will be the French translations). On Fridays until August 18, you'll be able to revisit the 80s and watch fan favourites like Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Top Gun. It’s sure to be a lovely nostalgia-filled evening! This movie-watching night under the stars takes place at Parc F.U.N., Sommet Saint-Sauveur. Don't forget to reserve your seat!Celebrate Pinso the pinguin’s birthday August 5 is when Pinso, the friendly penguin mascot at the Sommet Saint-Sauveur Water Park, will be celebrating his birthday – like he does every year! Look forward to many surprises: cake, bouncy games, a parade, mascots, entertainment and more! The party will be happening at the water park.
