With its eclectic indoor and outdoor program, this festival is sure to surprise and delight! A sonic and visual experience in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles The Quartier des spectacles will host nearly 80 live performances by a lineup of emerging and renowned artists from over 20 countries, including Japan, Italy and countries in Latin America. Every day from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., head to the Esplanade Tranquille, which hosts a free outdoor stage, to vibe to the rhythm of festive and engaging artistic propositions. The festival will kick off with a special show in collaboration with the Montreal Insectarium | Space for Life at 6:30 p.m., created entirely out of insect sounds! From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., head to A/Visions at Théâtre Maisonneuve in Place des Arts for a large-scale sensory audiovisual performance. Then, get inspired by an atypical, avant-garde take on electronic music during the Nocturne series at the Society for Arts and Technology. And if you feel like dancing until dawn, head to MTelus, where the Métropolis series offers dynamic, entrancing rhythms.
