From February 3 to 13, 2022, Saguenay en Neige invites you to its 38th edition, which promises to amaze the whole family. Take part by carving snow yourself and showcasing your artistic talent, driving around to admire the magnificent creations of carvers, participating in creative activities or watching a virtual show in the comfort of your home. The hybrid format of this winter festival offers a wide range of activities! Release your inner artist! Families, sculptors and businesses are invited to create their own snow sculpture in front of their homes or stores. The goal of this activity is to transform the city of Saguenay into an outdoor art gallery. Saguenay en Neige will broadcast a tutorial on its new digital platform as well as on social media on how to safely create a snow block. There will also be a form to enter the contests. Your beautiful creations might just win you some fabulous prizes! Saguenay en Neige also invites younger artists to exercise their sculpting talent and take part in the school contest, which will take place if government measures at the time allow. Visitors will also want to make sure to see the ornamental sculptures that will be created by the talented team of Sculpteurs Élément-Terre, transforming the city of Saguenay into a remarkable outdoor museum!
