From July 18 to 23, 2023, La Fête du Lac des Nations Promutuel Assurance returns to Sherbrooke for its 42nd year with a colourful lineup: concerts of all kinds, special activities for families, musical fireworks and lots more surprises are in store!

The Townships’ biggest bash

A Sherbrooke tradition since 1981, La Fête du Lac des Nations Promutuel Assurance is not to be missed! This summer, more than 50 top notch concerts will spotlight more than 300 artists over the festival’s six days, including big names like Shaggy, Sean Kingston and Bleu Jeans Bleu. Pop, hip-hop, rock, country, rap, electronic, Quebecois songs and more. No matter your favourite music, the lineup has something for everyone. Remember to arrive early to make sure you grab the best spot to see your favourite performer!

Six nights of fireworks in the heart of Sherbrooke

Each night of the festivities, starting at 10 p.m., get swept away to another universe entirely with pyromusical shows, musical stories complimented by breathtaking fireworks. These otherworldly pyrotechnics transport viewers into a captivating one-of-a-kind atmosphere, where a combination of light, colour and sound effects never-before-seen in the Eastern Townships is totally electrifying. Don’t miss the extra chance to celebrate La Fête du Lac des Nations Promutuel Assurance with a bang.

A family festival

Kids are welcome! Many activities await them at the festival’s Family Place: circus workshops, face painting, live entertainment, bouncy castles, shows, the largest temporary theme park in the Townships and much more. Starting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, FREDO, the wildest magician there is, and Kalimba, beloved children’s singer-drummer, will share the stage. Entry to the festival site is free at all times for children under 11. Get there early to make the most of your experience!
