On a bike on the extensive cycling network

Nicolet-Yamaska is a prime location for cycling enthusiasts, offering more than 400 km of bike paths along the St. Lawrence, and the Nicolet and Saint-François rivers. Among the marked trails in the region, Route verte no. 4 is made up of 70 km of cycling routes that run along country roads, riversides, and even sections of a converted railway. The gentle, smooth trails make this cycling network the ideal way to take in the region’s beauty. During your ride, you’ll also find many tourist attractions, including museums, historic sites, heritage buildings and culinary delights.

On the water, at the dock or aboard a watercraft

Enjoy tons of water activities on the region’s many bodies of water, including the St. Lawrence, the Nicolet and Saint-François rivers, and Lake Saint-Pierre. Those who already have a watercraft can access one of the many launching points across the region. You can also rent a motorized or non-motorized watercraft at various locations.
