Beauharnois Generating Station
Come visit Beauharnois Generating Station, one of the world’s largest hydropower facilities, located about 40 kilometres from Montréal. You’re sure to be impressed by its 36 generating units: stretched out over nearly a kilometre, they make this station Hydro-Québec’s most powerful run-of-river plant.
