Seigneurial Mill of Pointe-du-Lac
Seigneurial Mill of Pointe-du-Lac
Built around 1765, the Seigneurial Mill of Pointe-du-Lac, located in Trois-Rivières, is one of the most beautiful jewels of Quebec’s rural architecture. Classified Heritage site, this mill is one of the few premises of its era to have functioning mechanisms still. It presents two permanent exhibitions which will plunge you into the everyday life of two traditional crafts: “Master Miller” and “ Wood flour”. Take a moment during your visit to do the bread workshop, and leave with your loaf! Other activities on-site include group visits, art exhibitions, hiking trails, a flowered and shaded rest area, a gift shop featuring local produce and craft creations. You can even rent one of our exhibition rooms for your events.
