NORR Festival is an outdoor event that takes place annually in the Vallée Bras-du-Nord, in Saint-Raymond. The festival is defined as the largest gathering of outdoor communities in Quebec. It is an opportunity for people to reconnect with nature and a unique opportunity to come together in an accessible and inclusive environment. Its mission is to create a festive and unique experience where we cultivate passions, forge authentic relationships and share stories.
