First Fridays
First Fridays
Produced by Les Survenants in Montreal, First Fridays (Les Premiers Vendredis) transforms the Esplanade of Olympic Park into a culinary and cultural destination every summer. Since 2012, the event has brought together tens of thousands of visitors—locals, tourists, and families—around street food, live music, and world cultures, all outdoors at one of the city’s most iconic sites. For visitors to Montreal between June and September, it’s a must-see: Canada’s largest monthly street food gathering, renowned for the diversity of its offerings and the quality of its atmosphere. The 2026 season marks the event’s 15th anniversary with four themed editions: 15th Anniversary, Olympic Games, Fiesta Latina, and Asia Frenzy! And to top it off, a lineup featuring dozens of food trucks and gourmet kiosks, live bands, and cultural and artistic performances.
