Québec Winter Carnival
The Québec Winter Carnival is an outdoor event that attracts thousands of festival-goers from around the world and celebrates winter at the beginning of February. For 10 days, the city is transformed into a magical snow festival with numerous ice and snow sculptures, the Palais de Bonhomme (a palace made entirely out of ice), shows, parades and enchanting decorations.
