Locally sourced food, carefully crafted beers and drinks you won’t find just anywhere: the Festival Bouffe, Bière & Boisson in Saint-Hyacinthe brings together the best of these delights in one place for a weekend bursting with flavour.
From May 15 to 17, 2026, in the heart of a beautiful urban park, you can simply enjoy the pleasure of discovering, tasting and having a good time with family or friends. The kind of event you mark on your calendar the moment you hear about it, because you know in advance that it’ll be the highlight of your weekend—and it’s a great opportunity to pack your trunk with a few tasty finds. Here’s a sneak peek at what the 4th edition has in store for you!
Quebec producers to rub shoulders with
Direct contact with the people who make the products is what gives the festival its unique character. More than 30 exhibitors will be on site this year: brewers, craft beverage producers, and food enthusiasts from all over Quebec, including several businesses from Montérégie, the festival’s home region. Each will showcase their work, answer questions and offer samples. It’s a chance to put a face to a label, understand what goes into a product you love or discover one you haven’t tried yet.
And to venture a bit off the beaten path, a tattoo artist and a thrift store truck will be there to complete this well-rounded experience.
Live music that takes things up a notch
The lineup this year features bigger names than ever before (check out the full announcement around mid-April 2026). Country, local Quebec acts, neo-traditional, and popular music: a wide-ranging selection that creates the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon when you’re sure to forget what time it is!
Between drinks, the music sets a mood that naturally encourages you to hang out, chat and order another round. It transforms the venue into something that feels less like a festival and more like a lovely day out with friends—with a great live show as a bonus.

Giant games, bouncy structures, a lively family zone, roaming entertainment: the venue is designed so that kids can stay active while adults stroll around at their own pace.
