The sixth edition of this festival celebrates all forms of heritage in the municipality of Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies: built and immaterial, agricultural, religious, political and landscape This village is an architectural jewel with a population of 960, located along the river between La Pocatière and Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. There is already a very strong connection between the history of local agricultural and artisanal milling, to the bread ovens on the territory and the bread rolls distributed on the of the feast. Other points of interest are the exceptional ad sanctos cemetery, well-preserved wooden steles, classified seigniorial domain and unique landscapes along the foreshore.
