Fishing Stories

Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke
Starting at
$15.00
per adult/taxes incl.
(18 to 54 years old)
Can you remember your last big catch? You probably posted its photogenic snapshot all over your social media! After all, all self-respecting fishermen and women keep a fishing story or two in their back pocket… Fishing Stories dives into the history of sport fishing in Québec, from the arrival of English soldiers at the end of the 18th century to the present day. Walking the fine line between fact and fiction, the exhibition takes a playful approach—especially with certain objects whose authenticity is unknown.
