5km, 18 obstacles, 370m elevation gain. The Mont Rigaud Obstacle Course is a 5k obstacle course run of the "Spartan Race" type. It is composed of 3 ascents and 3 descents, for a total elevation gain of 370 meters. Runners will have to conquer 18 obstacles on the course. Parents with younger children can run the course in teams with their children, helping them pass the obstacles when needed.
