About Safran Nordique

Owners Renald and Geneviève were novices when they plunged into the adventure of saffron. In 2016, they got the idea to cultivate this sought-after spice commonly known as red gold. They planted 2,000 bulbs, and as they got positive results, they planted 15,000 more bulbs the following year! This year, Safran Nordique will also be planting other crops such as vines (table grapes and wine grapes), and a parcel of land is reserved for the cultivation of varieties of raspberries and charming rustic berries.

One thing is certain: in addition to discovering an incredible product, you will be delighted to meet the friendly owners who will share their passion with pride!
