For those of you who don't appreciate the commercial side of some sugar shacks, you'll be delighted to be able to enjoy a truly authentic experience, just like in the old days. With a dining room seating less than 25 people, this is one of the most intimate and convivial sugar shacks in Quebec. A boutique unique in Quebec, where the evaporator becomes the display case (out of season), and where, of course, La Martine products take pride of place (vinaigrettes, sauces, ketchups, marinades, preserves, salsas, pies, maple by-products, home-cooked meals, prepared meals, etc.). You'll also find a host of local products. During your visit, Sylvain will explain the process of transforming water into maple syrup by evaporation.
