Initially a research project for developing the Quebec maple syrup market, the Témiscouata Distillery brings together over 40 local maple businesses. From all the products that were considered, one really stood out from the rest - Quebec Maple Rum. Our maple producers are proud of their unique 100% Quebec spirit which will surely be appreciated internationally as much as it is at home.
