Do you have a curious mind? Would you like to learn more about the electrical environment that surrounds us while enjoying a free and educational family outing? Come to Sainte-Julie and visit the Électrium, where you can see an electric eel or enjoy a hair-raising experience with the Van de Graaff generator! Interactive exhibits let you explore the role of electricity in the human body, test your reflexes, learn about electric and magnetic fields, and find out more about how hydropower is produced and Hydro-Québec’s generating facilities. At the Électrium, science is accessible to everyone and learning is always fun!
