A free Fiesta Latina is taking over Montréal’s Olympic Park in August!

Montréal’s go-to Latin event, Fiesta Latina, is heading to the Olympic Park’s Esplanade on August 1 and 2, 2025! As part of the popular Premiers Vendredis (First Fridays) series, this two-day event will transform this iconic urban space into an open-air celebration of Latin American cultures. And the best part? This year, admission to the site is free! Plus, getting there is a breeze, since the festival entrance is just steps from the Pie-IX metro station!

From 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., the fiesta is in full swing! Expect lively concerts, fiery dance performances and a warm vibe that’s downright contagious! Foodies will be spoiled for choice too, with food trucks offering a rich sampling of authentic Latin street food.

All throughout the event, dozens of food trucks will be on site to take your tastebuds on a flavour-packed journey. Whether you’re in the mood for tacos, empanadas, tequeños, arepas, ceviches, mangonadas or asados, Latin America’s culinary scene will be taking the spotlight, offering attendees a colourful, aromatic feast!

And if you’re looking for something that’s both bold and refreshing, head over to the booth serving a surprising white wine cocktail with frozen jalapeños!

Local artists with a Latin spirit

When it comes to music and culture, local talent takes centre stage at Fiesta Latina. There will be an inclusive, diverse lineup of artists whose roots reflect the many facets of Latin cultures. With live performances full of passion, rhythm and creativity, you’re in for a true celebration of Latin heritage, right in the heart of the city.

Mexican-born, Montréal-based DJ Adrián de Caso, Afro-Colombian music group Raíz Viva and the Bonne Famille collective will be part of the lineup! As for the rest of the performers… you’ll have to be there to find out!
