Opening a dialogue about body liberation

As a complementary activity, a group exhibition anchored in our reality will reflect the work of Picasso. Picasso disregarded the dictates of the aesthetic canons associated with the representation of the human figure, a philosophy that allows the MNBAQ to offer a pertinent and considerate reflection on body diversity. Opening the Dialogue is an invitation to look beyond physical ideals using works from the MNBAQ's collection and those of invited artists as examples. The works presented break down gender stereotypes, speak out about grossophobia, and explore the representation of non-normed bodies. The ticket for the Picasso. Figures exhibition automatically includes access to Opening the Dialogue. Enjoy your visit!
