Festival La Virée Trad - Gaspésie
Since 2001, the Festival La Virée Trad in Carleton-sur-Mer highlights and disseminates cultural practices from the Quebec tradition with professional performances of storytelling, music, songs and traditional dances, and presents the largest public market in the Gaspé with over fifty artisans and local producers, exhibitions, a old crafts micmacs tent, chats on historical subjects, entertainment for children, musical happy hours and dining, workshops facilitating contact between artists and public etc. From 6 to 8 October 2023, the festival La Virée Trad will celebrate its 22th edition! "The fall event by excellence in the Gaspé" - Journal Le Soleil.
