Activities
Le Baluchon’s site is composed of 1000 acres of nature, including 200 acres of agricultural land. It also has 40 km of forest trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sledding and mountain biking. In the heart of this site is a meadow and a pasture where horses graze freely and where we find a fieldstone windmill and a wooden chapel.

At this meadow’s end is the beautiful Rivière du Loup, meandering for kilometers, where you can swim, kayak or canoe; or simply stop alongside to sit and enjoy the scenery.

Courtyards on the riverbanks are the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing or therapeutic massage while listening to the sound of the gently flowing water.
