Located on Île aux Noix, in the middle of the Richelieu River, Fort Lennox National Historic Site played an important role in the defense of the country against invaders from the south. This British fortification with its eloquent shape will reopen in June 2023 after five years of closure due to important restoration and conservation work on the built heritage. The site will offer a renewed visiting experience.
