Musée de la Mer must be the "engine of transmission" for the community of the Magdalen Islands and visitors with thirst for discovery. The mission of the
Musée de la Mer is intimately associated to these maritime and insular people. The museum has for vocation to share it and to make discover to the visitors of any age that here, in the Magdalen Islands… it’s not the same!
